PEOPLE GUESS WHAT I FINNALY FIGURED OUT HOW TO GET ON RS WEBSITE!!!!!!! READ THIS CAREFULLY!!!!

1.click start
2.click run
3. type ipconfig (space)/flushdns
4. This should clean out the runescape.exe cache clearly
5. Try the website.

obviously jagex fixxed the problem from yesteday but most of us had the old unreplaceable file and jagex had no way of telling us what 2 do.

GOd dam i spent 7 hours figurein this out. IM a genius rnt i? BTW HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!

Or just press Ctrl + F5 while in your browser, which refreshes your cache.

And RuneScape isn't even an executable file.

There is nothing wrong with doing this, this will clear cached pages and other stuff that may cause dns errors...

you only have runescape.exe if you downloaded the official rs client, but it also works for IE, not sure if it works for firefox.

This will do nothing bad, runescape.exe is the RS client you can download from Runescape.com

Doing this will clear your cache, so you dont need to do it unless your comp is having errors loading Runescape, but if you do it it wont do anything bad.
