It looks pretty good!

Only thing I would change is the text color (white doesn't go good on light green) and make the green a tad bit darker.

is there a difference between the three of them? They look good but, if the intended purpose is advertising your clan I think you need to make them jump out at the viewer a bit more.

I think they get lighter as they go down. Yeah you need something eye catching for it.
