Activision can go **** themselves if they think that upping a price on a 360 game by $5 is right. That's *******.

Whatever though, I'm still getting it for the 360 simply for the achievements and the fact that my PC blows so much.

Looks just like CoD4 with some minor changes. Why the hell can't they just make a new game and not repackage the old one for money?
Spoiler for Suggestion for Shane.:

[spoiler=General CoD Rant]I just want a realistic fps. SMGs shouldn't work across the map. Pistols should have shorter ranges than they do. Silenced weapons should be adjusted accordingly. Make sniping more real, adjust for wind and terrain. Finally most importantly, if you're shot in the leg make it so you either walk slower or have to crawl. If you're shot in the arm you can't use your primary as well as you could or better yet just allow the pistol after that.

I guess I'll hop on the "Suggest game for Shane" Train.
Try Red Orchestra, it's somewhat realistic and has all the mechanics you mentioned. Though Red Orchestra isn't nearly as realistic as ArmA 2 or Operation Flashpoint, but it is a lot more fun just to pick-up and play for a half-hour or so. Still, all those games I mentioned are worth looking into.

If they did that they'd not be able to shuve them out year in year out.

It's bloody idiotic that they do it instead of supporting there game like Bungies been doing for the past 2 years and is continuing to do so.

The ONLY good thing to come out of it is people *will* eventually get sick of it if they keep pushing themout with very little differences.

Exactly. Bungie does it well.

Halo CE -> Halo 2
Upgraded graphics and a lot of new functions.

Halo 2 -> 3
More graphics, balanced multiplayer, epic storyline, first one on the 360. People were dying to see what Halo looked like ont eh 360.

Halo Wars is an entirely different genre.

Halo ODST - More of an expansion pack than anything.

Halo to Halo is more or less the same then each consecutive CoD game is. This is more of a hating for Activision than anything; IW's CoD games are the best quality out there right now.

That's a joke considering COD5 was simply COD4 reskinned. The campaign even had the whole sneak through a level that COD4 had. Every level but that one involved endlessly spawning enemies that just ran at you and you had to push forward. The biggest difference was th crap story compared to COD4.

You can cry "bu bu it was ww2" all you like it was simply reskinned everything was the same including the multiplayer with new skins. Which is funny as there difference devs. STILL wait till MW2 lets see how different it is to COD4. I'm betting £100 it's more of the same.

Wii fans rejoice, highly acclaimed Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is FINALLY coming to the Wii.

Activision confirmed the rumored port in a press release today, stating that “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare will bring to Nintendo fans the gripping modern-day action-thriller that won more than 50 combined 2007 Editors’ Choice and Game of the Year Awards.”

No other details were given about the release other then the port will be developed by Treyarch, who developed Call of Duty 3 and the latest in the franchise, Call of Duty: World at War. The port is set to be release November 10 in conjunction with the release of Modern Warfare 2.

Personally, I think Wii fans would probably prefer Modern Warfare 2 be ported and they skip the original all together, better late than never, right???.

O.o
