are sharks fast?

I'm going for 99 cooking

, currently I am doing tuna and sweetcorn tell 95, this about doubles my money, but I wanted to ask, are sharks really as fast as some people say?

Yeah if you have a large amount of them (atleast 5k), then you get can at least 200k xp an hour even if you're barely paying attention.

Yes, I have 99 Cooking and used sharks some of the way. I would use Monks to 95 or so and then do sharks. Make sure you have the cooking gloves from the Family Crest Quests I think it's that one.

ps. I only spent around 2.5mil getting 99. Don't know how some people spend so much but, just buy 2mil worth of sharks. Cook them and then sell. Use that money to buy some more. And keep doing that over and over. Each time it will be less and less sharks but your not really spending anymore money then you did the first time.

Not sure, been a few years since I've been 94. I made money cooking back then even when I bought the raws, but that's only with unlimited trades and I sold at edge where people were pking for higher price than raws.

Yes, at 94 sharks stop getting burnt with the gauntlets. Sharks are the fastest cooking xp you'll get without spending millions extra on high level pies.

In the long run.. Sharks are the fastest experience to 99. And plus, I was looking on Runewire.. and I saw that someone posted a pic of 1gp profit per shark you cook. So, I would look into that..

Normally cooking sharks is ~200k per hour, but there is an alternate method which yields ~400k per hour, by cooking 2 sharks, and then use the last raw shark in your inventory on the range/fire again. This is twice as fast as normally cooking, but does require much more clicking.
Making wines are ~450k cooking experience per hour, huge loss though.

yea sharks are great! but some millions will be spent really because ur 95 so.... yea but its really fast.

They're three times as fast as lobsters, and using those, I went from 90 to 99 in a week. With sharks, and already being level 95, you could do it in two days or less. They're definitely fast. Just we cooking gauntlets and you'll never burn them.
