dustdevils are lvl 93(106 hits) and all melee attacks, but still aint much harder than say ogres or paladins to train on.

i would say the d chain rareness would be at least 1/32,000 dust devils.. if it was less rarer, d chain price will fall rapidly..i think jagex is trying to lower the d chain value a tiny bit..lol

Um, I wouldn't be too sure. Mod Paul (I think) said that Dust Devils DO NOT drop Dragon Chain, but, Mod Laura W also said that they do. I'd wait a couple weeks or days, Jagex might say something...

Edit: Why would I change what he said? Use a little common sense.

Also, it is comfirmed, a few mods have said that they do drop them, and it's extremely rare, I dunno about Paul saying they don't, maybe he didn't know.
