i need a guitar amp!

i am getting a Ibanez GRGM21 Mikro but i don't know much about amps...i am looking for a amp form 100-250$ and i want a decent one

oh it also has to have the um metal distortion (like a metallica sound) and a nice clean distortion.
oh and has to be in this area (she shop)

Hmm. Try and find a Line 6 Spider 3. Those amps work well. They cost about $200, though. They have 4 settings. Clean, Crunch, Metal, and Insane. You should find your niche with it pretty easily. :wink:

My mate has a spider and he thinks the sound quality is horrible with his guitar (Epiphone SG Custom)
You should be able to pick up a nice amp from online though if you research and maybe read a few review's on different types

Meh. The Spider 3 offers variety. It's a nice amp to start with.

Bought a 100Watt fender for 242 euro, it's loud as an atomic bomb, but it's distortion sounds like a vacuum cleaner. BUt it has the best sounding clean channel ever made. that + a decent dist. pedal and you're fine for a loooong time.
