F2P 92-99 Strength

I heard that lvl 50 deadly red spiders in the stronghold of security were decent.

I've heard that people like the cockraches in the dungeon just south edgeville.

What I did when I was F2P was Go to karamja and fished lobs and cooked them... then i went west to the volcano and killed the lesser demons... That way I gained money off the drops and didnt loose any money in the process

I always do lesser demons on Karamja or moss giants in Varrock sewers. The moss giants are to get some prayer experience at the same time of course. I never tried ankous.

i'd do ankous from 92-99 strength (f2p style) because they have pretty good drops and are not bad xp. the only bad thing about ankous are they are flooded usually.
