Mac function buttons?

Hey
I was trying to reset a page's cache on a Mac to find out I had no idea how. In turn I somehow changed my function keys to different stuff. How do I replace this?
Also, whenever I go to a web page, my VoiceOver says "Mozilla Firefox - "Title of Page Here" - (Build #)
How do I turn this off?

Check the User Accessibility section of System Preferences to disable the voice over. You should then be able to find the keybaord stuff in keyboard preferences.

Okay, thanks. Part of the problem I didn't mention went away (had sections of the browser selected) and I got it off.
