Coke or Pepsi?

dr pepper and mr pibbs rule!!! so does cherry coke, but the best is pepsi max, no sugar but it tastes like pepsi

root beer, i can have 1 cup but after that it starts getting boring. and i AM english, i was introduced to mr pibbs, cherry coke and root beer when i went america for 2 weeks

Another thing I hate about Pepsi is their horrible advertising. Has anyone seen or heard some of the new Pepsi commercials on TV and radio. They don't give us any message at all. The TV commercial is where a guy at a gas station leaves music on and Diet Coke cans are complaining about the noise and "those guys upstairs" are driving them crazy. They are Diet Pepsi cans that are dancing to the music

What does that tell us? That Diet Pepsi cans have minds of their own and dance to music? And then they have a radio commercial that I absolutely hate. It is just 2 Italian people talking a bunch of Italian and then once in a while they say Pepsi. Thats it. Just a bunch of "ge licomo gan sa bada un Pepsi." (ok I don't know Italian so shut up!

Those drive me nuts. Coke actually makes half decent commercials. Like the one introducing Coke with lime, where it is actually somewhat entertaining with "Put the lime in the Coke, you nut (cocunut)" song while actually telling us what it's about.

lol very true, i hate pepsi ads, i really hated the old ones with britney spears on it too.. pepsi then also came out with lemon in it, vanilla, then pepsi blue, umm regular pepsi, and some more, cant remember.

omg pepsi ads! *barf* i really really hate those so so much lol thats exactly right..they dont tell us anything and are completely pointless...just think every time we see or hear them we have wasted about 30 seconds of our lives. :shock:

but coke ads on the other hand are actually good and clever. has anyone seen the refreshment ones? like theres one with a kabana boy and hes cleaning the pool and then they say lets conduct a test to see if coke is refreshing. so he sweeps up one leaf. then some chick in a bikini comes and uses a leaf blower and covers the entire pool with leaves and he cleans all the leaves really fast and hes like fake sweating and stuff. then the scientist comes and gives him a coke. and then she goes "there see...refreshment". lol its pretty cool and theres lots of ads like it with different things that happen in it. point is they are good...pepsi well just crap.

and as far as i know they dont have pepsi with lime or vanilla. theres like normal pepsi, pepsi max, diet pepsi, pepsi blue and thats it. i dont think theres anymore. coke also has way more variety than pepsi too so thats yet another plus.

Yes, there is a Pepsi Vanilla, but as for lime I don't think so.

Another thing I actually don't praise either for is copying each other. I'm sure there are things Coke has copied from Pepsi but I can't think of any right now. Sierra Mist...tastes a lot like Sprite, don't it?? What came first, Mello Yello or Mountain Dew? They taste the same to me. Pepsi seemed to take Coke's style of boxing their cans right when the patent ran out, then they even advertised it. Pepsi Vanilla came out like a year after Vanilla Coke. Pretty soon they will probably get a lime one too.

Also, I can remember another pointless Pepsi ad when they came out with Pepsi Vanilla. A Vanilla Coke truck pulled up next to a Pepsi Vanilla truck and turned on some classic rock. Then the Pepsi truck showed its giant speaker system and hydraulics and was playing rap music. So, ummm that was showing us what? Pepsi has a truck with a speaker system and hydraulics, but ummm, what does Pepsi Vanilla taste like?

And I dont like britney spears either, she's not nice and she doesnt sing too well.
