They were called Light Beam, founded on DeviantArt
Then I added 'outter light' in the render with photoshop

When you add an outer glow to a render, add an inner glow aswell. It makes the render flow better with the rest of the signature. As of right now, it kida looks er 'fake', if you catch my drift.

Yah it not bad at all, just try to add a little more, just a little. Its still a little plain with just those few brushes in the background. But definatly not a bad signature at all. Good Job

As for the brushes I think they were done by AxeRaider on DeviantArt.

That's great! I think it doesn't need much doing to it, as people before me have said - the glowing needs fixing. But overall it's really great.

Not liking the text here. If you could curve it to basically stick to one of the brush lines It might look better, overall the render looks a bit low quality, like you've blurred the edges? But most people make that mistake, although it doesn't look too bad here as the background and colours are relatively soft. Im thinking that maybe it would look better with some effects on the actual render, like maybe some glow coming from behind his hands to show where the webs are coming from, but you have done pretty well with this. The render is pretty much perfect size, and the colours are just about right, but you need to add just a little more into the background.
I don't mean to sound insulting or anything, but those are the things that I would improve on.
