It seems like you just put a color overlay on it, clurred a a few unlawful spots, made it grainy, and saved it as a jpg.

Quality isn't too good but it was a nice attempt.

try putting in more effort though, applying a filter or two isn't really doing much.

Keep practicing and you'll make a good sigs/wallpapers soon.
