My Webcam Broked

I use a PS2 EyeToy camera as a webcam - I dropped it from a height of less than a foot onto my desk (I was just moving it) and its lens cracked. XD

So yeah. It'd be nice to find a new webcam. Doesn't have to be too flashy, just something I can use to communicate with people. And cheap is always good.

Any suggestions?

another eyetoy would be my suggestion, you can get one on amazon in the us for about 14 bucks

If the eyetoy one was working fine I don't see why you don't just get another one. or you could be adventurous and see if you could get an Xbox Live vision camera to work as a webcam.

I would try going to a computer shop. They always are the best place to go because they can answer your question. As for PS2??. Go to a gaming shop and buy one for PS2. At least then you know that it will work good because it made for PS2.

Don't expect to pay less than $50 dollars (USD) for a camers. Since i am over in australia, I wouldn't have a accurate price.

I think he means he was using the eyetoy as a webcam which broke. It's possible to do that.

Id just buy a new eyetoy if the old one was reliable.

The xbox 360 webcam is very good.
