Hey guys. I've been looking into the Apple website and around to find things that I want and heads up for.
This is what I know for sure what I want: Macbook 2.0GHz iWork '08 ---- So I still have a few questions before I calculate how I want to get the money. In the tech specs that is located here: http://www.apple.com/macbook/specs.html , it has "What's in the Box?" at about the middle of the page. (If you cannot find it, click the hidden element below)
What’s in the box
* MacBook * Display cleaning cloth * 60W MagSafe Power Adapter, AC wall plug, and power cord
* Mac OS X v10.5 Leopard (includes Time Machine, Quick Look, Spaces, Spotlight, Dashboard, Mail, iChat, Safari, Address Book, QuickTime, iCal, DVD Player, Photo Booth, Front Row, Xcode Developer Tools) * iLife ’08 (includes iTunes, iPhoto, iMovie, iDVD, iWeb, GarageBand)
Do I get all of these applications/other stuff by buying a MacBook?
Also, another question: Do I need Time Capsule for internet connection? Now I do know that it was cleared up to me that each Macbook has a built in Wi-fi reciever. However, in the video tutorials, it seems as if the connection is greater than normal. (I think the videos were made before the new macbooks were made) Just a note on the Time Capsule: I do plan on getting one, but I won't get it when buying the MacBook UNLESS I know for sure that I need it for internet connection.
Last question: Can I put my Windows Version of Photoshop on the MacBook and use BootCamp to use the application on BootCamp?
Thanks in advance to anybody to takes the time to answer these questions for me.

Yes. You get all those applications, they come bundled with OS X.
No. You don't need a time capsule for an internet connection. If you already have an existing wireless router you're fine. All time capsule is, is basically a wireless router and a built in hard drive for storage. I wouldn't recommend getting one as they're overpriced and there are other routers that are better. Assuming you already have a wireless router just buy an external hard drive and use that for time machine.
Yes. That's what Boot Camp is. The only thing with Boot Camp is that you will need your own copy of Windows in order to get everything going. Essentially it lets you dual boot OS X and Windows (XP or Vista). Then once in there you just install PS like you normally would. Later on though I would recommend moving to CS4 for mac just so you have a nice integrated solution
Also if you plan on getting the stock version I would just head into an Apple store. The experience is much better than buying online.

Thanks Shane! Is Photoshop CS4 out yet? I heard something about it on Digg earlier, but when I search for it on google, some say it is out, some say it isn't. Also, I just checked Apple stores near me. *looks for Idaho Apple store to find none* Looks like there will be no experience for me.

CS4 can now be ordered but it's not out yet. If you already have CS3 for Windows I'd just talk to some friends about it I do not encourage piracy...
Hope you enjoy the macbook What one are you going with?
My brother has a rich friend that got me Cs2 + adobe master collection cs3, so I can probably get a cs4 from him.
I'll be getting the 2.0GHz MacBook (not Pro). If you don't remember the question 2 weeks ago I asked you about, I said I didn't want anything too cheap (like the old MacBook), but not really expensive (like a Pro)
You may lock this if this conversation is closed. If you have any comments on the MacBook I picked or something, please PM me as this seems to be just a one on one conversation.
P.S.: I got Star Trek, original series from my friend. I totally love it!
