My uncle who has had kidney problems just got a kidney transplant on Sunday. It turns out they found a cyst on it that weighed up 40 lbs (ewww) and was not functioning properly
Anyway, he was in a bunch of pain recently because of the transplant. He was about to be released from the hospital until his blood level dropped. A lot. It turns out the meds he was on for it was thinning out his blood not allowing it to clot causing internal bleeding.
So, they took him off the meds and now he'll be released from the hospital soon. Hooray

My family member almost died but he was took off the meds, which probably saved his life.
What have I learned from this?
Don't do drugs, I guess.
