My initial reaction to this was literally, mmm. . . not so much.
It just doesn't do it for me I guess. The pixel font is really bad. Brings down the overall quality of the sig. Besides that I think you'd have a 7/10 sig. Just tie mewto into the background more or something.

Maybe give it the effect that makes it look like he's flying toward me. Make the edges blurry do to the speed at which it would be traveling at. Does that make sense? I think it might be a bit confusing.

I think I know what you mean, like make it asif it looks like he's moving at high speeds. So like smudge the edges to make it look like he's moving?

I've smudged the edges and then put another picture on the top of it to make it look like he's moving/bursting out.
