How to do this?

I'm not sure where to post this but I would say this is a graphical question.

I've seen videos where people paste their heads onto another person and move along with them. For example this video.

I was wondering what program is used and if possible, if somebody could post a guide on how to do it.

You can do this with Sony Vegas. I'm sure there are other programs out there but that is what I would use.

You can really use any program.
Premiere Cut
Sony Vegas
Adobe After Effects

Look up on youtube, masking on sony vegas, or something like that.
