Least/Most? Respected Cape?

to me.. a 99 should get praise no matter what skill..
it still took time, determination, and money
so yes.. every 99 deserves praise

A 99 is respectful no matter how hard the skill is no matter what a 99 takes a long time. but I say cooking and flecth are least respected and most respected are Farming , smithing , herblore , runecraft and the quest cape

I'd say construction for least and most.

I'd have to say runecrafting and slayer are the most respected. Cooking and fletching are probably the least.

I have never seen a mining skillcape before, its a skill you have to be dedicated to and it takes work, much clicking and if ur keeping it, much walking and banking, in my opinion anybody that has reached 99 farming, and/or 99 mining, that's cool i respect anybody that has that kind of dedication.
