I do like it, but the scanlines really obscure it. I can't see the background too well. Try just going over the scanlines with a soft eraser so that you cant see the scanlines fully. You've got text nailed though, which is good. People usually have trouble with text.  Ther border is a little strange though.

i like the fletch one but be cooler if it was a better skill cape emotion say..fm for example
