Well I just had an idea that instead of wasting a space in your inventory, you could craft a Ring with the Enchanted Gem to make an Enchanted Slayer Ring to make life a little bit more easier.

You can already craft rings of slaying with 75 crafting. It's requires a gold bar and an Enchanted Gem and about 300 slayer points to learn it.
