Theres a game called Left 4 Dead coming out in nov. it looks fun and creepy. ( It's a zombie survival game)

The Silent Hill series, no doubt. It does have the parts where things just pop out of nowhere and scare the **** out of you, but it's the disturbing storylines that get me. If you want to be scared, go rent play Silent Hill 2 for PS2/Xbox.

Also, Fatal Frame and Siren are two more very scary games.

And anyone who says Bioshock is scary is a *****.

To be honest, I'm 'scared' of the most games where your character is alone vs. whole army. I just get so submerged into the game, that even when a single enemy pops out, or even starts shooting at me, I get an adrenaline rush, just like irl. That's why I'm satisfied with only a few games.

Well, Steven, it makes sense that you wouldn't be scared the second time because you know exactly what is going to happen. That's what makes it scary, the element of surprise.
