Pinnacle studio error

Recently I made a video on Pinnacle Studio 11 I am trying to make my file into mpeg4 but everytime I try it just says error and doesn't do anything.

And it just says "Error" and nothing else? Seems kinda strange imo.

Copy the error message and search it on google, sure you'll find someone who had the problem before and how they solved it.
