Putting Text Into Photoshop Cs?

how do u add Text Into Photoshop Cs? i cant figure it out.

There should be a text button. Just click it then you'll figure out what to do.

lookie here,

nothing, then i put it in a place that stores all the fonts and i cant find it on Photoshop.

Still nothing...

Oh, I thought you wanted to put into the image you are working on..
In this case, go to control pannel and go into fonts. Just copy in the file you download in. And it should be in Photoshop and other programs also.

Mines' is in control pannel though.. Not sure about other window version..
I'm using window XP

woah...i just went back into photoshop and and i didnt do nething, and the fonts showed up out of nowhere....wierd...Thnx tho btw =)

Oh, if you follow my way, you can use the same font in word, excel, etc.

yeah when u told me it was easier to get there then the way i usually did, Im XP also, and i usually went thru "My computer"

Anyways its cool cause it works on notepad and everything, now i just need to figure out how to use The buddy kit Maker dudes things... when i try to put em together they dont show up.
