Halo 4? Probably not but...

So I was looking at Youtube when I found some of these videos. I thought they were interesting so I though I'd share them. Here is the first one.

Okay, for this one, the cut scene type parts look legit. Something that would be difficult for your everyday techy to do. So it looks believable. The first person parts of the movie however, look like some cheap knock-off of Halo. The arms look stalky and graphics look un-halo.

I looked around a little more and found this.

Looks a little more believable? The only thing that got me on this video was the use of videos that were used in Halo 3. This is just a shot in the dark, so don't get too caught up in this, but I was thinking that maybe Bungie had been using videos that were meant for Halo 4 in Halo 3. If you look at the bubble shield he's holding it's not what they used in Halo 3, and the bubble is much smaller. I don't know, probably not right, but just a thought. Another thing that got to me was the lack of the Bungie logo at the end.

Now, unless this is all fake and fan made, we at least know that Bungie is making some type of Halo game that doesn't include Halo Wars. So I guess that's good news.

Just to clarify I'm not saying this is real. I'm 50-50 at the moment, real vs. fan made. I would like to hear feedback to this though, just to get some other opinions in there.

I do believe Bungie will release Halo 4, even though we lit the ring, killed the Flood and the Covenant, etc.

Beat Halo 3, or if you already have, go to the end of the Halo level, and at the end of the credits, there is a cutscene of Chief and Cortana in a chunk of the Frigate, floating in space.

Chief says "Wake me when you need me."

I would imagine that they would use voices that weren't already used in the games if it was real.

And, to be honest, that looks more like a cutscene for Halo Wars or a group of animator's school project or something. It lack's Bungie's true taste for epicness.

I always thought the Halo trilogy had something to do with Marathon

Reading a few articles about it led to me believing Bungie was going to revive the series and make it into Halo 4, but the storylines don't match

i liked halo 3 on my 360 and after i read an article in the 360 mag it said bungie was working on 2 halo themed prodjects and one was halo wars and the other the wouldnt tell (they even made their team sign a contract not to tell anyone!)

The 4 at the end of the trailer doesnt look like one of the "halo numbers" http://www.1001fonts.com/font_details.html?font_id=1975
and the trailer craphics, looks more like halo 2.

Guys consider this.

When beating the game on Legendary, at the end of the credits, Cortana and Master Chief are floating towards a planet in a chunk of the Forward Unto Dawn.

At the beginning of Marathon, you are floating towards a planet in a broken spaceship.

I don't know what it means, but it means something.

Someone at Bungie.net had a theory that master chief and cortana went to marathon.
