I am the leader of a very new, yet very effective clan. my clan, which is only one day old, already has around 20 dedicated members. However, we have a gaping shortage of craftsmen and cooks, and if we don't get some, our clan will not have the huge liftoff i am anticipating. 20 people in one day shows the great leadership possesed by my few recruiters and I. What do you ask are the benefits of crafting for our clan? Here is a section of our charter directed towards craft foremen
The profit will be split in the following way.
1. 10% will go to the marketer.
2. 40% will be split between the regiments to distribute to the attending members.
3. 30% will be split amongst the suppliers.
4. 5% will go to the clan drop party & reimbursement fund
5. 15% will be split amongst the trustees
3. Supply Foreman-this member is one of the most important people in the clan, as he/she collaborates and organizes the preparation for our Pking trips. He/she keeps track of what suppliers provide for each trip, how much they provide, then distributes the suppliers’ share of the profits accordingly. If he/she is inactive on runescape for an extended amount of time, he/she will not be barred from the clan, but will lose his/her position as supply foreman. The supply foreman gets paid a percent of the profits from pking trips, while he/she provides food/arrows+runes for them. As the food or ammunition demands are much higher than one crafter can supply, the foreman is expected to hire other workers with guerrentees of a portion of the foreman's profits. 15%of the clans toatal pking profits will certainly outweigh the value of the items he/she and his/her underworkers produce! This is obviously for the mutual benifit between you, the crafter, and us, the clan. if u have questions

PM me.
