III. Rules
A. You must attend at least one of three award ceremonies
After you reach the rank of paladin
B. No lying for personal profit will be tolerated. When this
Is discovered, you will not be informed until the next Pking trip, when we pk you for your embezzlement of clan funds.
C. Any offence to the clan that is worth banning will not be
Mentioned if the offender doesn’t know he has been discovered, until he is subject to punishment for rule “B”
IV. Pking Procedure
A. For every Pking trip, the attendance will be recorded, along
Info such as “who supplied for the trip”, and whatnot. The items pked will be pooled together, and one of our trusted marketers of formidable acumen will sell the items. The profit will be split in the following way.
1. 10% will go to the marketer.
2. 40% will be split between the regiments to distribute to the attending members.
3. 30% will be split amongst the suppliers.
4. 5% will go to the clan drop party & reimbursement fund
5. 15% will be split amongst the trustees
V. Clan Wars Policy
A. Suppliers will be paid from the reimbursement fund before
The battle.
B. items pked will not be pooled together as they would in a
Pking trip, and instead, whatever you get from an enemies death, you can keep, while an ally’s items, if they appear, must be returned if u know who dropped them, or given to the drop party fund if you don’t.
VI. Ranks
A. Militia
1. Any new recruits will be in this rank until after his/her first Pking trip with the clan. Members in this rank will receive food before a trip, but, unlike all higher ranks, they will not receive arrows or runes before the trip.
B. Sergeants
1. After his/her first clan Pking trip, a militia is promoted to
A sergeant. This is the first full member rank, and has no special privileges. (Note that Sergeants can work as suppliers)
C. Knights
1. After a Sergeant has proven loyalty to some extent, and
willingness to be active in the clan, he/she can be
promoted to the rank of knight. Members of this rank are
trusted by most of the clan as loyal, and can volunteer for
leadership roles. Sergeants are promoted to knights at a
small ceremony.
D. Paladins
1. Paladin is the highest non-positional rank in the clan.
To be promoted to paladin, a knight must prove exceptional loyalty, be noticed by the council, and may not be a member of any other clan. If these are fulfilled, the council will hold a vote on promotion. If more than half of the council votes for promotion, then the knight will be promoted to paladin, if the clan leader gives his consent.
VII. Special Positions
A. Suppliers
1.this group comprises of two regiments, the ammo regiment, and the food supply regiment. Basically, the foreman chooses people to help him supply the Pking trips, he gives us the supplies, and we give him a portion of the profits to distribute between the people he recruited.
B. Leadership
1. Clan leader-duh
2. Second-Commands if the leader must be absent for a Pking trip, or in the event that the leader retires from the clan.
3. Council-the council will be formed of 5 people, and together will be second only to the leader in power. Vote on important matters, and form new regiments or remove regiment leaders from office.
4. Regiment leaders-Regiment leaders have a fair amount of power in the clan. A regiment leader must be a paladin in rank, and cannot have any other special positions, unless he/she is a council member. A paladin must be recognized as a regiment leader before he/she can lead it. A regiment leader is responsible for all of his/her regiment. He/she must recruit members to the regiment, appoint an assistant regiment leader, apportion out their regiment’s portion of the profits from a Pking trip, promote the regiment’s members from militia to sergeant, sergeant to knight, and suggest to the council knights that he/she thinks have earned the rank of paladin. As this is a lot to do, the regiment leader Must appoint an assistant regiment leader, whose rank must be at least knight. A regiment leader will lose his/her special position, if he/she is inactive for an extended period of time.
5. Assistant Regiment leader-the assistant regiment leader must be at least a knight in rank, and takes charge of a regiment whenever the regiment leader is gone. Assistant Regiment leaders stand a good chance of being noticed by the council and promoted to paladin.
C. Trustees-will be paid with part of the money used to pay the council
1. Intelligence-these operatives will not be officially written
Down as a member of the clan, though the council, Clan
Leader, and second in command will know who they are.
They can attend Pking trips and fight with the Council
Members who do not lead regiments, and the Clan
Leader. These operatives get paid from the 10% that
Goes to the council. Any well trusted member of the clan
Can apply for this position.
2. Marketers-these members must have considerable acumen and must be well trusted in the clan, as they will be selling the items we Pk and giving us the profits.
3. Supply Foreman-this member is one of the most important people in the clan, as he/she collaborates and organizes the preparation for our Pking trips. He/she keeps track of what suppliers provide for each trip,how much they provide, then distributes the suppliers’ share of the profits accordingly. If he/she is inactive on runescape for an extended amount of time, he/she will not be barred from the clan, but will lose his/her position as supply foreman.
VIII. Drop party and Reimbursement Fund
A. Conditions of Reimbursement for losses
1.Hacked
(a.) Reimbursment will be recorded to prevent fraud.
(b.) We will watch the player for items he/she shouldn’t have.
2. Killed While on Clan Pking trip or war
(a.) must have been witnessed by at least one knight and 2
other members of the clan
(b.) will be recorded, and if this happens too frequently,
then you will be considered a liability and be barred.
IX. Government
A. System-the clan government is a mix between a republic, a
Dictatorship, and a feudal system. The regiments are autonomous, but they provide military services in return for financial support from the entire clan. Members can rise in clan society with support from the council, a group of individuals that are hand-selected by the clan leader.
B. Military-the military portion of the clan is composed of various regiments, each directed by an individual leader, who in turn, are directed by the clan leader. Everyone wears a team-29 cape, and a regiment leader has the members of his regiment, along with the clan leader, on his friends list. The clan leader has the names of the council, the head foreman, and the various regiment leaders on his friends list. Thus the chain of command is formed.
C. Regimental rights-A regiment may have separate level requirements, communications system, or events, as long as they don’t conflict with clan events. However, a regiment cannot have separate funds, rules, or wars against other clans or other regiments. A regiment must have at least five members, excluding the leader, but must have no more than 15 members, excluding the leader. If the regiment raises lvl requirements, and people would have to leave the regiment, they can request a regimental transfer. (They can request this for any other reason too).
X. Special Events
A. Drop Parties
1.these will be held in the empty house in falador
2.the marketers will be paid to use part of the clan fund to
buy items ranging in value from 30k anywhere up to 3 mil.
Depending on how much we plan to spend.
3.the clan leader and his second will have nooby accounts
who will be responsible for the dropping.
B. Clan Duels
1. All items lost will be returned, if it takes place in f2p wild.
We will not have to worry about that in p2p duel arena.
2. We will hold a tournament with an excellent prize for the
Winners of each level division.
C. Kalphite and KBD trips. (member obviously)
1. Unlike Pking trips, the earnings from these will not be split up, whoever gets them, gets them.
