1. You don't use your own lawn mower to mow other people's lawns, Cliff.
2. Many people who are homeless suffer from mental illness and are hardly able to feed themselves.

Another good reason not to give them money, Instead give money to some charity, or give them food yourself. So in my words I'd say monies go to their addiction.
