You need 50 + on the skill ur going to use the lamps from the one small favor quest.

Also it's called one small favor because jagex has a sick sence of humor =p

Do 'One Small Favour'! It brought my RC'ing up NINE levels, and it only took a day.

BEST expericance reward quest out there, in my opinion.

just being random and stuff but just go and fight chaos druids they drop tons of herbs and they also drop the second ingrdients which is really helpful

Anywho, guams are the cheapest, but the highest level pot you can make is the fastest, theoretically..

Well find a permanent seller of Ranarr's... buy Ranarrs 2k each, make Prayer Pots, sell 3k each. These are the prices from when I did it. You also earn money too. You can collect the Snape Grass (2nd ingredient) on the peninsula near the crafting guild.
