if you're aiming for realistic pics, sorry to say... but... 3/10

if you're aiming for old style game graphics like pac man, you've got a 7/10

the sky just doesn't match with the lightning and rain and the other stuff...

ya, a grey, black, or dark blue would do nicely i think... and maybe you could make some of the rain drops overlapping the lighting? more realistic... from my view anyways...

Enterprise-E is right about the color not matching..
I see white sky when it's lightening?.or raining?..
Kind of weird.. but the skyscrappers look nice though

well the white sky is there because...I forgot to put an overcast one.

Edit: I put in a new one is that any better?

well... your buildings are darker now... but now that much change in the sky tho...

Humm.. The sky is still mostly white..
The whole thing looks little better cause you made it darker.
Still i would prefer darker sky
