i think dont use a solid color for your background and def not that bright green! ahh my eyes! maybe try a few different arrangements of the skills and the pics to see what looks better. even a dynamic sig too

also, on the right side of your sig, why don't you arrange that better, too many spaces
and make the random event all equal size

I agree about the background. The bright green is a little hard on the eyes. I think a cool background would be good...If all you have to work with is paint you should be able to find a good background on the internet.

Or just go with a slightly less neon color.

yep, same comment about the background

also maybe blur the edges of the random events pics? or clear the background on the random events... or just make a border... cause the pics don't merge in too well...
