Runner Boots

They are gotten from the Barbarian Assault mini-game.

What do they do?

I know that fighter torso gives a good str bonus and that penance gloves reduce your weight, but what do runner boots do?

As far as I know they are useless. I've never seen anyone wearing them and I've never heard of a practical way to use them.

They only have a little bonus, but that is pretty much it. They don't make you lighter or anything. So they're pretty much useless as colinsoccer123 said.

Yeah whatever you do don't buy those. I got them on the first day of the release because I thought it would give the same bonus as penance gloves. I tossed them away a week later because they were just filling up my bank.
