Im not quite getting at what you mean by a low quality stock; looks fine to me. 
But I think you should be proud of it, it looks like you ahve put in alot of work, but deffinitely take into account soem of the points Mikau Nero meantioned. And also something I would like to add: lower the opacity of the S, it shows up too much and takes your eye away from whats important in the sig. 
Other than that, its an awesome sig and I can see you have put alot of effort into it.
