Well I do four or five decent Slayer assignments and see how many charms I've collected.
If I have quite a lot, I take out an air staff and ring of dueling, equip them. Withdraw all my law runes and earth runes, pouches and shards.
Take the whole lot of whatever charm I'll be using and fill the rest with the item required.

I teleport to house(located in Taverly) run to the Summoning Obelisk and make familiars. Teleport to Castle Wars and repeat.

Gratz on the clue and the 70 summoning. I'm thinking of getting to 88 as an end-goal. Just have to split it up in smaller goals.
And you're luckier than me with clues :P
