True. But they had skateboards. Normally skateboards are used for skateboarding, don't you think?
It is true that they were skating before and were just hanging around that place. But why would the police officer tell them to not to skate if they weren't skating?
Of course i cannot prove it. In fact, you can't prove it. In fact, nobody can prove anything else than the fact that you exist in some form. Because, anything else can be an illusion or a dream.
So what does the mean "proving" mean? Convincing someone under some circumstances that something is true.
Now let's see what i can prove for "they were skateboarding".
-They had skateboards
-The police stopped them from skating
Now let's see what YOU have to base your claim on "they were not skateboarding".
-Nothing.
I think i have proved my point. They were skateboarding, the police had all rights to stop him, and the kid had no rights to be unrespectful.
