In a war-torn country there's bound to be danger like suicide bombings, and stuff that can get you killed.

In other words, it's killing yourself over money that you can't use - mainly because you'll die before you get your hands on that two million.

It's very interesting that a lot of people seem to think you're almost guaranteed to die. Anyone looked at the death toll for British troops recently?

From what i could find we've had 174 deaths in all the years we've been out there. Yes of course there is a risk but it's not a very big one, i'd say the cons outweigh the odds on this one. :oops:

But that's just my personal opinion i suppose.

Whoa you were paid 2 mil? I only got $1,000 for joining. Yeah I joined because I want to go overseas, but the unit im stuck with just got back.. So i wont go until another year and a half. I didn't really join for the money.. because like i keep telling people, if i wanted to make a lot of money, i wouldn't of joined the Army. To make peace, we must have war.

Yeah I don't have to fight, I could just hide in the base till I had to go back and then collect my 2 million. But you could be taken hostage if you went, that would **** your world up.

TV Makes it sound scarier than it really is, and to tell you the truth depends on where you get send you may get either sent to Iraq or Afghanistan, or get anchored in asian country for peace keeping. In Iraq USA wins most of the battle's that are with the guns, now Insurgents can fight us that way easily so they use bombs, chances are bombs get defussed hours later sometimes no one find them and well *BOOM* The death toll mostly comes from bomb attacks than fire fight 's over there.

Hell no, of course not. Like said before, if me or my family needed the money, I would, wether I die or not. But what do you know, we are just fine right now. I hate how people bribe you so you can go die somewhere.....Also said before, this is a dumb idea of a war. SOMEONE IN PRODUCTION SURE MESSED UP THIS TIME!!!!!
