Any way to get one of them after completing the quest?

Not the ones at Ogre city, it's the one that damages you when you try to eat it. From Fremmy Trials.

They do but they only damage once, and it's gone. Fremmy rock cakes however damage you and they still are in the inventory, so I can reduce my hp as I please. I plan on dharoking at monkeys so I want to get one.

I'm pretty sure jagex made it so that you can't get them anymore. The ones from the ogres used to be able to do damage after the quest but they changed that as well. Jagex is trying to make it hard for people to accidently (or purposely [-X

) kill or damage yourself..

Use that potion from digsite, you drop it and it hits like 32 or so.

killerz, you're going to be on ape atoll yes? just let the spider poison you, and drink an antipoison when you are at the level you want. it only poisons for 3 at most, so you can just use it to control your hp loss and gain. not hard at all

There's also nightshade, that does 15 damage whenever you eat it. Not as effective as the potion, but it's more for easing off your own pitiful destruction.

Remember to keep your eyes on the screen when you're doing that. You never know when something might happen, like an Evil Chicken ...

you could also you use watermelons to heal. bring them and a knife. they heal 4 each i n3 bites. cut them for the 3 bites then 4hp is good to get it to a safe level so you wont get koed.
