The Council of Runescape Elite is up and is now looking for members.

We're a clan based on skills and pking. We will soon start having fun and creative events.

Interested in joining?

Requirements:

90+ Combat

OR

1300+ Skill Total

OR

85+ Combat & 1250+ SKill Total


Also you should be P2p (most events will be P2p)

We are also letting in people slightly under the requirements.
This means around 20 skill total levels or about 3 combat levels.

These people have one month to meet the current requirements or the are kicked.

These members are Junior members.

We have raised one of the requirments for the clan.

You now need 85+ Combat & 1250+ SKill Total along with the other two choices.
