It is impossible for this to be "untouchable" to school filters. Most internet filtering solutions do not enforce blocking on the client-side machine, but rather they manipulate the network connection and do not allow any of that content to come to your computer.

It's hard to explain how this is immune completely.

Although, I've never seen a school filter that does anything like that. Just tag blocking, and stuff.

But if that problem does arise, I'll set up a proxy that V2 or V3 can connect to, and access internet from there.

Alright I can see how this would work well on some systems, however more advanced filters like the one I had to evade in high school would block all connections to that website and to IPs, it also blocked all but necessary ports and eliminated the availability of using proxy servers.
