I listened to the one that was supposed to wake you up, but it did nothing.

The anti-depressant ones worked. They made me giggle involuntarily :shock: so I stopped.

Well, I did some reading up on it and learned a few things. First, for some people it just won't work. Their brains won't be affected by the binaural brainwaves doses.

Anyway, conditions need to be good. You need to be relaxed, laying down with your eyes closed, using stereo headphones, and you absolutely need to stay focused on the sounds with a cleared mind. Sure, that seems hard to do for 30 minutes, but hey, it may be worth it. I've tried 5. The anti depressent one did work, the french roast one to wake me up didn't. A couple...recreational ones did not work, and another one gave me an unpleasant drowsiness that gave me the feeling of standing up too fast for several minutes. However, I am going to keep experimenting with the different ones (thank God for torrents).

Wow. It....it actually worked. It really did work. That was definitely not a placebo effect.
