O yea! I got my account back! The password query thing does work, dont underestimate it.
This is what they wrote in my query:

Your Request Sent on: 4th April 2005
Message Status: Accepted on 5th April 2005
Your password was changed to the new value that you supplied, and your recovery questions have been reset.
You should now log-in via the 'Account Security' link on our front page using this new password and set some new recovery questions and answers to secure your account.

This isnt bad right? My account should be unlocked now? Hopefully.
Now, I just got to get rid of the BSOD on my computer so i can start playing again! Can someone please post on my thread in the "Troubleshooting" forum to help me please.
