McNuggets have the whole chicken in them
McDonalds uses genetically modified chicken for their nuggets, I think, but that's off topic for me.

McDonalds' here also have burgers that look like they've been stepped on. Subway is good, but expensive as has been said, and the only sub that doesn't require microwaving is the Chicken Teriyaki. Besides that, they're cheap, as are all fast food outlets, and use the cheapest possible food products in their subs meaning you're getting a pretty low quality feed (not that they can really help buying what they do). These days, all food produced commercially (making a generalisation but you get the idea) comes from a hybrid mother, bred specifically to entice customers and prospective buyers. For the growers (or whoever else), it's not what's inside that counts. Hybrid varieties of fruit or vegetable plants are bred to grow faster and more efficiently, produce more, and their produce needs to look the part, which is why any variety of fruit or vegetable you grow organically will be more beneficial to you than its hybrid counterpart. Additionally it might look bad, but more often than not, it'll taste better.
Apologies for the tangent I just went off on..
