Why 73 agil? Why not 72? Or just so you have 1 mill xp? Anyone got any ideas on how fast the energy restores? At 56 I seem to get it about 4.8 seconds for 1 energy to restore.

Well to me it depends because what if your a non-combat pure who wants to train agililty? They would probably want to go to the second one. Just an opinion to all of you who automatically think the Wildy one is best.

Use gnome or brimhaven.

I use brimhaven, because it's more fun. Plus, there's no risk of death. Your exp gain must be slowed by annoying Pkers, or even accidently attacking someone else while both of you are training.

Those are just your numbers though. There are people that are faster, like me, and can get experience faster. If you know all the timings in a arena, you can get faster experience. I happen to get around 8k experience per 10 minutes at wolf. But that's only cause I use energy potions. When I don't I tend to get around 6.5k experience. I haven't tried using wilderness course much so I don't know all the timings in that course, so I just use wolf due to how much experience it gives me. I don't like wilderness one since you probably have to take maybe 10 minutes to get back there if you get pked and that wastes valuable time.

OK, at the course I was running the whole time and I did have energy potions.

When I was at brimhaven course, I often took the more challenging route (the obstacles that give more xp), and whenever i recieved a ticket I would move back to the center and repeatedly climb the wall there till the ticket spawn moved.

So you cannot say you are any faster then me, really...

And for all you people who are trying to condradict me or anything... I posted these just for you to see. I could of just kept this to myself, why should I post it and recieve criticism for it?
