No, well, it can be a tautology to a mortal being, but there are actually 2 "Latins" medieval latin and true Cicero-latin. I'm with the last one

I can speak Frech and understand it etc quite well.
Been doing Turkish for about 2+ years, not very good at it though. Can read it better than I can speak it.

And surprisingly enough, I an speak fluent English,

Cicero-Latin? I've never even heard of that unless you're talking about Renaissance Latin. Either way, when you compare it with Ancient Greek, Latin doesn't seem ancient at all.

No, I mean it's the latin spoken in +-40 B.C, renaissance latin is much, much younger (1600?)

I've only ever been able to understand about 20% of Ukrainian and even less Polish.

It's just Belorussian is really in between Russian, Ukranian and Polish.
