dont take this the wrong way but the popes live to a fairly old age becuase.....they dont do anything! i mean they do a lot, just not a lot of physical hands on work. ever seen a pope ride a bike or do a tax return? no, they have the easiest life ever

Meh, easy having to travel THAT MUCH and to learn like omg 20+ different languages??? Ur probly right :roll: :roll: :roll: :roll:

oh well at least his suffering is over co he looked pretty darn sick when i saw him last so now he can be peaceful. its too bad hes dead but he lived a good life in my view.

All popes get chosen around their fifties..... So they are already old when they come into the position.

This pope has actually been the most overworked pope. Normally popes would stay at the Vatican State and give church there.

This pope, three months after he became a pope, came to visit México. He got such a great welcome, that he decided that he would be a traveling pope, visiting every country in the world regardless of its leading religion. He even called himself 'The pope of México' after the decision he took because of it. He also started using some phrase in latin, which I currently am unable to remember, which meant something around the lines of 'Loyal México'.

actually there was one pope who only served for 28 days (forget his name),so its not like they live forever

i am saddened to see pope john paul II passing away.he was such a great pope (with an awesome vehicle.i mean seriously,you know its better than anything else on the road,cause its got a title with the word 'mobile' in it.total chick magnet).he was also cool cause he was polish (im not just saying that cause i myself am polish...well yeah i kinda am,but its the first none italian pope we've had in about 450 years).a great man he was
