What should I put on the right side? Something blue/crystal-ish is what I'm thinking but I don't know exactly what.

I don't know. If I were you, I'd find another pose of the same character and use a close-up of it on the other side.

Agreed, I think that you should use the same character head, just get a close up of it and put it there.
