1 Second from being hacked

Omg omg omg... Don't know what to do. All I know is I went to eat dinner, came back to log in and it said I already was in. I finally somehow logged in again, and this is what I found-

When I last logged out, I was in the wizard's tower. Now I'm in the bank? With all my weapons already gone, and most of my good stuff in notes?

I'm pretty scared right now, what do you guys think I should do?

This isn't a joke like before, whch was pretty funny, but a real, real problem.

So far I've acounted about 800k in items lost

try scanning your computer and if you find anything strange delete it. You should also get into a habbit of checking for keyloggers ect. on all links and downloads.

Dude, if i was a hacker, i wouldnt set up all these items ready to be traded and just log out after...i would have stayed on the account all the time :roll:

Enk will you SHUT UP?? You're not helping at all! What it looks like is some member got in, grabbed the initial goodies, then withdrew everything he knew to be f2p. I really need to know how to scan for keyloggers or something right about now.

I'm going to trade everything to a mule account for now, hope fully that will help.

wow thats pretty serious...its like a miracle you caught it just in time or everything could have been gone! (btw not gonna be happy if its an aprl fools :evil:

) i think a mule account is a good idea just until you get what youre gonna do sorted out...and change ur pass pronto if u havent already. also try and figure out how to scan ur comp for keyloggers etc cos if you do somehow have one of those on there then it will just happen again. but be careful cos sometimes even mule accounts dont work...i had one that i stored all my runes in and stuff i didnt have room in my bank for and that got hacked yesterday

so beware. bad luck man...hope u get back on ur feet

Changed my password, recovery details, even contact information. Moved all I could to a mule account. Gonna try to scan my computer now, might take a few hours though

Let's just hope this never happens to anyone else, or me, again.

ya run a spyware scan you will most likely find something. for now what i suggest is the mule and also change both pass and recovery.
