Either go with Lance or ask MQ. Lance seems knowledged and MQ and rynne are ladies so can't get better. I say go for it but I'm like you I like a girl too but im just too shy.

Don't make it complicated for yourself. If you really do like her, then it'd be a waste if you didn't ask her out because of your shyness.
