i have lots of advice for how to do all of the quests without the required levels :p
SMITHING: actually, its 64 for a mith 2h and the quest, and you can do it with 62 if you use a mature dwarven stout from the "forgettable tail of a drunken dwarf" quest.
RUNECRAFTING: theres no way around it... you can't put the orb in the large essence pouch if you've evil stew'd yourself to 50. i tried :s
HERBLORE: you can always drink a greenmans ale to cut it down to only 66 herblore.
THIEVING: if you do a little bit of the sorceress' garden minigame you can make autumn squirk juice, and cut the thieving requirement to 56. you have to make a few of them though, as you need to hop over the wal to talk ot the dwarf more then once. i think. if im wrong, then you have 2 squirk juice instead of one., shoot me.
also, if you need help on the smithing part, it comes faster if you buy the ore from players and smith it with rings of forging... or if you dont like that, buy it from the blast furnace once you get 60 smithing, and smelt it and smith into iron stackable items, preferably knives, without even leaving the furnace. it costs about 47.5gp on average per iron ore there, and you make 200 gp per bar making iron knives. if you dont know how to solo the blast furnace, i'll show you how and even smith there with you ^_^ dont' use the blast furnace world, or you wont be able to buy iron. the store will be drained...
best wishes,
