I've seen that every special farming patch (except the spirit tree one) bittercap, cactus, belladonna and calquat haven't got a gardener to look over it standing by....So does this means that they will never disease or that you just have to look over them yourself?

If you ask the gardener to look after them and give them the payment they'll do everything, you don't have to be there. And the plant wont get diseased.

Ye I knew that but im talking about the special allotments (bittercap, cactus, calquat, belledonna) Image
^
It seems that you can only hire a gardener to look after this special allotment

Every farming patch has a gardener near it and if you don't pay for plant care your crops may become diseased and die.

Yes the special patches dont have gardeners, they're called special for a reason, they try to make it harder to make these plants.
