Comments:
First, you need to crop you picture so we don't have to see your browser, etc.

Second, the "rock and roll" text extends out of the window and is missing the shadow.

Third, the place where the smaller guitar is is missing the frame.

Finally, the guitar is placed on the character quite well.

Ok...starting at 5

Pros:
Fingers over the finger board +1
Guitar placed on well +1
Your character actually looks like a rock star (all dingy with hair over face) +1

Cons:
Guitar in the equip slot doesn't have back -1
Over lap of brown -1
Rock and roll soul needs capital and shadow -1

My opinion:
You improved from your last one +1 for that, and it would be cool if you made characters hand come over guitar

Total score: 6/10
