What next? (Large Image)

I've never done this before, but I wanted to get some input on what I should probably add to this picture. Be as creative as you want. You can even suggest which stock photos to use. Completely up to you. I'll choose the best idea and incorporate it into my final piece (btw, the person whose idea I choose will get credited!). This isn't a competition, just a discussion.

Ha, I have three concepts.

Have someone -maybe a small child- with their back facing the... (camera?), sitting on the rock. Preferably depressed, looking into the water.

or/and

A letter caught in the wind.

or/and

A ghostly (pirate) ship on the horizon, giving off a sort of green auric energy.

Or maybe you can blend in a child's face in the clouds?
Or a simple wooden boat just anchored by those rocks.

I think it would be cool if you found a stock of a little boy fishing, positioned to where his feet are in the water.

Then add a few seagulls flying in the air.

That could be interesting actually. The basic meaning there would be that nothing will stop this boy from fishing regardless of the weather.

What I was thinking is maybe have a little boy standing on there who was in a boat crash, and in the horizon or out in the water have a search boat with its search light on. Here are some possible stock images that I found that may help you:

add some lighting, nothing bright....but visible. Then add a ghostship in the background.

A little detail: A bottle in the sea in which is written a message, yea I know it sounds like Agent's idea.

A mermaid is excellent! I've not made one in a while and I've always liked painting their tails.

When I first saw the image I thought to myself;

"Mermaid, on the rock, playing a sort of Harp"

Maybe something like the Mythical Sirens then. Have a few Mermaids singing and directing ships into jagged rocks.
